Shoulder-eeze LLC will correct any such defect without charge if you return the complete product by mail, postage paid, to Shoulder-eeze LLC within one year from the purchase date. This warranty does not cover damage by accident, misuse, abuse, or by alteration of the product in any way, or by by any other condition beyond the control of Shoulder-eeze LLC.
